To receive services, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Client Intake Form and submit it via email (intake@sheltercare.org), drop-off at our 499 location, or via phone (541.505.5188) with support from our Peer Supervisor/Program Coordinator. 
2. Our staff will reach out to schedule you for a two-hour long assessment. During this assessment we will explore your treatment needs, experience, and history. This will help us determine if we are the best fit for you. We have found that in-office assessments give us a deeper understanding of our clients.
