Jacob Burns, communications specialist at SELCO Community Credit Union, says SELCO believes in giving back to organizations that improve the standard of living and enhance quality of life in our community. “That support takes many forms,” he says, “from program sponsorships to branch fundraisers to boots-on-the-ground volunteering—none of which would be possible without our dedicated members and employees.

Jacob says SELCO is proud to support ShelterCare because of its positive impact on the community. “Not one of us is untouched by issues related to traumatic injury, mental health and homelessness. The more that can be done do raise awareness and provide solutions of these considerable and complex concerns, the more we all benefit.”

SELCO Community Credit Union is a not-for-profit consumer cooperative with more than 119,000 members in 26 Oregon counties. SELCO is member-owned, and strives to provide the most exceptional, personal service possible. Learn more at selco.org.
