Alpine Mortgage Planning, a division of Pinnacle Capital Mortgage Corporation, has been involved with ShelterCare since late 2013. During this time, the company has become an important agency partner in a variety of ways.
Cari Maultsby, the company’s director of business development, says Alpine Mortgage Planning is a mortgage advising company whose platform is unique in this market.
“Unlike many of our competitors, we have made a decision to maintain control at the local level,” Maultsby said. “We qualify, process and underwrite your home loan right here in Eugene. Because of our local presence, we have a clear advantage in problem solving, efficiency and flexibility.”
Additionally, Maultsby said they source from a local pool of appraisers to ensure customers work with professionals who understand the local market.
“For most people, the purchase of a home is their most significant financial decision,” she expressed. “When choosing a mortgage professional, we believe it’s advantageous to choose one who understands that, and is committed to helping you achieve your goals and dreams of homeownership. “
Alpine Mortgage Planning has helped ShelterCare clients reach their dreams, too.
“Our Community Cares Foundation is Pinnacle Capital Mortgage’s 501c3 non-profit organization,” she said. “Employees elect to contribute to Community Cares, which inspires us to ‘pay it forward’ and impact others.”
“Our office as a whole voted and unanimously agreed to support ShelterCare as the non-profit of choice. Our Community Cares Committee reviews the needs of local organizations and determines the monetary value of how we choose to spend our community funds.”
The company has donated more than $2,000 to ShelterCare’s “I ShelterCare about Homelessness” campaigns in 2013 and 2014. Additionally, they came together as an office to donate household goods to ShelterCare clients earlier this fall.
“The staff at Alpine Mortgage Planning, has committed themselves both financially and physically to the causes determined by the Community Cares Committee. Our goal is to touch the lives of people who need our help resulting in a long-lasting, positive impact. We consider ourselves honored to be involved with some of the charities and causes we have championed thus far and look forward to taking on new endeavors,” Maultsby stated.
